Who We Are
This website is operated by Baltimore County Electricians Today ("we", "us"). We run a phone line that books independent local electricians for homes and businesses in Maryland. You can reach us by phone at 844-521-2392.
Information This Website Collects
This website has no forms, no accounts, and no sign in. We do not ask you to type in any personal information on this website.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising tags, or tracking pixels on this website, and the website itself does not set cookies.
Website Hosting
This website is hosted by Amazon Web Services. When you visit, your browser sends standard technical information to the hosting servers so the pages can be delivered. This can include your IP address, browser type, device type, the page you asked for, the page that sent you, and the date and time of the request. Our hosting provider may record this information in server logs.
Embedded Maps
Our service area pages show maps from OpenStreetMap. When a map loads, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address and similar technical information. This is handled under the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
Links to Other Websites
Some pages link to other websites, such as Facebook and the Maryland Department of Labor. We do not control those sites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Phone Calls
When you call 844-521-2392, we ask for details needed to book an electrician. This usually includes your name, phone number, the address where work is needed, a description of the electrical problem or project, and times that work for you.
We use this information to book your appointment. We share it with the independent electrician who is booked to do the work, so they can contact you and come to the right place.
Calls may be recorded for quality control purposes.
Who We Share Information With
We share the details you give us on a call with the independent electrician booked for your job. We may also share information with companies that help us run our phone line and website, and when required by law.
Your Choices
You do not have to share information with us. If you choose not to, we may not be able to book an electrician for you. If you have questions about the information you shared on a call, please call us at 844-521-2392.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
